The web browser on this unit is almost useless because it is not frames or java capable. After much tech support, i was finally told that it is NOT upgradable to a level which will support frames. The operating system can not be upgraded and it doesn't make sense to be making a new product with an old operating system. I was told by tech support, that because the operating system cannot be upgraded, it cannot support a browser that is frames capable. This makes the web relatively useless from this unit. Also, the color and clarity on the screen was a bit low in my opinion. While trying to play games such as atomica, it was impossible to distinguish pink from purple or orange from yellow. Not up to par with technology these days
