Pac Plus offered a deal to my office via fax. Several people including myself signed up for cellular service. After I had signed up for service, I noticed that I would receive some voice mail hours or days later. The phone service would drop frequently.
Because I had signed a contract, I had to stay with Pac Plus to avoid being charged a disconnection fee.
I paid my bill consistently every month. After Pac Plus had cashed my checks, I would receive several calls from Pac Plus customer service representatives demanding my payment. I even had to fax over copies of their canceled checks to stop the harassment. Every month thereafter, I would have to repeat this cycle. I complained to customer service. When I would leave them voicemails, nobody from customer service would return my calls. Customer service was rude and inefficient on the phone.
I comparison shopped online and noticed that PAC PLUS' rates were higher than their competitors. I mentioned this to a customer service representative and he said, "Too bad."
Finally, I switched to SPRINT PCS. I faxed PAC PLUS two notices in writing to terminate my account. They are still sending me bills for a phone I haven't used since October 2002.
