I was shopping the market for blinds and researched several online merchants. I did not end up buying from abwf for the following reasons:

1. they only offer swatches of their own brand "american brand" items, not for bali, levolour, hunter douglas, etc. plus they charge $5.00 for 10 of these swatches. Other merchants offer them for free, and have the main brands swatches.

2. Their low price guarantee is not. I found the same exact blinds and shades for lower prices (before coupon codes) and they wouldn't match it because they say that a "price match" is a coupon and you can't do both. So basically, if you do your research, you WILL find lower prices on the same brands.

3. They charge a $5.00 processing fee on all orders. Other websites do not charge this fee.

4. They do offer free shipping, but so does everyone else. No big deal there.

I ordered from EZblinds.com, got a lower price, 15% off coupon, 3% rebate through ebates, and a $3.00 rebate from EZ blinds. MUCH lower final price than ABWF.
