My other Hewlett Packard Deskjet 697C Printer finally messed up after over 6 years.It was a good printer for just about anything that I wanted to print.So, I had to go shopping for another printer.
As good as my old Hewlett Packard Printer was, I decided to shop for the same brand.I decided to get one that would do different printing jobs and maybe even sharper pictures.
I do a lot of restoring old photo's.I do genealogy research and have obtained some very old and rare pictures of my family.So I need a printer that will print out a perfect picture.I also do reprints for family and friends.
When I ran across this Hewlett Packard Photosmart 1218 Printer.I knew this is the one I wanted.It was a little more expensive than my old one, but well worth it.
What all this printer gave me.It gave me speed that meets my everyday printing needs.The photo quality is outstanding.It has 2400dpi's that produce the photo realistic images with color layering.
You have an automatic two-sided printing with optional networking.Your able to use from a wide range of digital cameras.I'm so tickled with the results I have gotten from my new printer.
