I ordered my G3 camera on a Monday. My son had a state finals track meet on the following Saturday. I didn't think I would get it in time. I'm pleased to say I got it on the following Thursday and had plenty of time to read the operators manual. All in all it was very painless. I had to call in after ordering it online (Camera only). The salesman politely asked if I noticed that they had a special on batteries. I told him I had already purchased one from another company. He said "thats fine, can I do anything els for you today"? I said no. And received my camera in three days from New Jersy to San Diego....EXCELLENT!! Oh, my son took 6th in the state in the mile and I've got some great shots of him with my new G3.
