Frustrating - Waste of Time!

HSN SHOWS a lot of great items -- however, getting them is another story! I have given them the benefit of the doubt several times, and the majority of the times, I have been disappointed. I've ordered items and waited nearly a month to receive it...and when I call to ask about it, I always get "it's been shipped." When I use the tracking number given, it's never valid, so I call again - and most of the time get a rude customer service rep who says "Well, I apologize, but the system says it has shipped and should arrive in at least 15 days." After 15 days, I get "I apologize, but since the item is unavailable I can only give you a refund!" What if I needed it for a gift or something?! Now, I would have to go out and buy something else - or place an order somewhere else. I want to find the "head" of this place so I can complain, but they will only give me the address to customer service.
