I paid autotrader.com to keep running my ad until the vehicle sold. After about 3 months they dropped the ad and would not reinstate it. Perhaps they would reinstate it if there was customer service beyond the form you fill out and never receive a...Return to opinion

If you paid to have your ad run in the local books (not just online only), you have to renew the ad every 3 weeks, atleast that is the policy with my local office. Their database with the photos requires that you do this. I would check your email confirmation if it showed anything like this, you probably had to renew the ad to keep it running.
