Ordering
I find it very simple, and almost never go through as many steps it took this person.
Delivery
If its in stock it comes very fast, also never had as many problems as this person.
Shipping
Free if over $50 AND if you are a Rewards program member.
Returns
Very easy, and are taken at brick and mortar store. I just did an on-line return at a store today and it took about the same amount of time as a regular return there.
Rebates
There are many programs such as ones for Teachers, Small Businesses, and Rewards. The Rewards program gives you back a certain percentage every quarter depending if you spend over $200. You can move up in percentage levels if you spend so much in a year.
Final Recommendation
I agree, the store is much easier and the employees will gladly help you if you have questions.
