MyPoints - Great way to get free prizes

The Bottom Line Recommended - rewards are great and not too much work involved to get the points. Again, customer service could be better.

I have been a MyPoints member for nearly a year and have always been happy with everything, until recently.
In the past I've received e-mails, filled out a survey, referred members, visited web sites, and signed up for offers to get points. I spent the points on a few things like phone cards and certificates for some of my favorite stores. Most are gift certificates for stores and restaurants. There are also things like gas cards that work like a gift card for gas purchases. There is a good selection and something for everyone. In the past my certificates always arrived in a timely manner.
Recently I ordered a web certificate with some of my points. The order confirmation said I would be contacted in 7-10 days regarding my order. It has been over two weeks and no e-mail. I've e-mailed the MemberCare about it only to receive an automatic response that said someone would respond within 24 hours. After three days or so, I replied to the e-mail and said that no one had contacted me. I received an e-mail apologizing for the delay, with a promise that I would be contacted soon. So far, no certificate and no reply from MemberCare.
Update: A little while later I got a reply, soon after my webcertificate came.
I would still recommend MyPoints, just don't count on their customer support for a quick reply. You may have to bug them a bit :)
