The web site has never worked when I've attempted to order, so, I call their customer service 800#. I've used them many time and have had very little problems until the past 5-6 months. Maybe they are now out-sourcing their customer service department or they've had a major turnover but it's not as friendly and customer oriented as it was in the past. The last order placed with the FlowerClub was a total diaster. Wrong delivery day, Wrong flowers and no assistance to make it right. I ended up buying my favorite aunt funeral flowers (lillies) instead of the sunflowers I had orderes. I believe every one should know that flowerclub.com is owned and operated by Teleflora. I think it's a shame that such a friendly, once reputable company as Teleflora is going the way of many large business...to the $$$$ only.
