Pros: Compact design, Easy to install, Lots of cable lengths, Plenty of hardware
Cons: Takes time to align
The Bottom Line: If you need an augment antenna for a cable or dish system to bring in the local channels, or a good stand alone unidirectional antenna, this is it.

I purchased the TV-50 and was very pleased with the results. I am probably one of the 5 adult males in the US that actually does not have or want cable or dish TV. That means I need a good antenna for broadcast TV. I am fortunate in that I live in a metropolitan area and can receive plenty of Broadcast stations with fairly strong signals. The Terk TV-50 came with bunches of different length cables as well as barrel connectors, splitters and various other hardware. This is an excellent stand alone or augment to a dish/cable system that does not provide local channels. The only real "problem" I had was the initial set up. This is a horizontally polarized antenna (like a Yagi) and is fairly directional. For this reason the position is vital for proper reception. I suggest having a set a two way radios, a compass, knowledge of where your local TV stations are in relation to your home and a partner watching the TV when orienting the antenna. If you live in an area that has broadcast stations located at all points of the compass, this might not be the best antenna choice as it really is NOT omni directional. Most cities however, do have a concentrated area where most stations have antennas, so all you need to do is find out where that location is in relation to your Home. Go to: http://www.terk.com/tv/antwebframe.html
to help determine what direction you will need to orient the antenna.
I highly recommend this product, it just plain works better than other antennas I have tried. Reception is crystal clear, no ghosting or snow and it seems to be impervious to various interference (electric appliances etc.).
Good luck!
