Good computer, lousy online service.

The shopping experience was grand. The computer is good. The service sux. auto responder, and fake people "answering" questions or complaints. I defy anyone with less than 24 hours to spend, to get a simple answer to a simple question. I simply wanted to...Return to opinion

I am sorry for your experience. To be helpful to the comsumer though in addition to this it would be helpful to me to know more about the site, the products, variety, shipping charges. Let me know if you do edit this - I would like to read it again. thanks. jobythebay@adelphia.net.
