I ordered a back massage chair from Goodman's. When I placed my order, on Oct. 8th, I was told that the item was in stock. Ten days later, when the item had still not arrived, I called and was told it would arrive on Oct. 21st. Today is Oct 23rd and the item had still not arrived. I just got off the phone with Goodman's and was told the item is on back order and will not arrive until mid November. Upon hearing this I cancelled my order. This company doesn't deserve my money.
