Very disappointed at J&R. Shipped old version of FS2002Pro, which did not include rebate J&R advertised. Customer service tried hard through 3 layers of people to get me to eat the rebate. To be fair, ordering from them on-line is fast and efficient. They bill quickly,ship fast,at low rate. If only they would stand behind their sales, admit mistakes, not hassle customers for J&R errors. Eventually they agreed to accept a return at their expense. Only cost me time and trouble.
