I placed my order for the Cuisinart TOB-175 on Sunday. Got a tracking number on Monday (AM) that it was shipped and I had my toaster/oven/broiler on Wed. They had advertised a chrome model but was the brushed chrome, which I wanted anyways, but had the best price at the time and I sort of figured that the chrome had been replaced with the BC model. Although anecdotal, my experience with Kitchen Clique has been great! BTW, my wife love's the new Cuisinart TOB-175BC.
