I just ordered a cd from these guys and chose the cheapest shipping option- 3rd class. After waiting 2 weeks with no cd, I was beginning to worry and I contacted their customer service department. 2 days later I still have not gotten a reply to that email. I did get the cd though about 2 and a half weeks after I ordered it. Could be because they are located in Canada but still...
