This vendor is bogus. I called to order an "in stock" film scanner. I was told they had it, then when I pressed for shipping "today" they admitted that they didn't have it. They also pressed for an extra warranty ($) because the item had no factory warranty. Why would a "factory fresh" product not have a factory warranty. Grey market? I would NEVER buy anything from thia company.
