Purchased a c4040Zoom camera. The items sent were not what was ordered. When I called to try to correct the problem you could not call on the 800 number. Instead I called long distance and was left on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for help. Three weeks later I still have not received the replacement merchandise that was shipped wrong. I now have been trying for two days again to get through without any luck of ever receiving the merchandise I ordered and have already been billed for.
