Ordered PS2 for my son, which came exactly on time... but it was defective. I called Amazon.com and explained how disappointed my son was after he had saved all that money! They sent a new one out over night air and also a postage paid mailing label to ship the other one back! CS gets 5 stars... I wasn't on hold more than 30 seconds and they were very friendly! I do wish it would have worked the first time though ... but the prompt customer service more than made up for the hassle :)
