I ordered the NEC LCD2010X-BK over the phone from Monitors Direct.
It arrived on time, as promised, in good condition. I had it shipped Fed-X 2nd day delivery. The sales associates (I talked to two different people, Dale and Nicole) were helpful, and friendly.
I received confirmation of my order, via
e-mail, the same day I ordered it. Their web site is clean and easy to navigate. I would do business with them again.
