I purchased 3 eMachines, after 3 days, one CD drive failed melting my W2K CDROM. Called Customer Service, told me who would service unit locally under warranty. Should have returned unit to TD. It took service provider who it took a month to figure out they wouldn't service unit bought from TD. By this time TD would not accept system back. Ending up sending system to eMachines for service. TD's poor CS caused many headaches, nearly two months for service and a fried W2K CDROM.
