A friend recommended I shop online, and with twin infants, it was my only option. I am just getting started in the 35mm SLR cameras - and needed some basic questions answered to determine which cameras offered what I needed. After researching, I called to get a few final questions answered. The saleperson was so helpful. My second challenge was that I needed the camera ASAP. He was able to get it shipped immediately to meet my deadline.
