The only problem I had was this: After I placed my order on-line, I received an e-mail confirmation saying that I could expect an e-mail once my product was shipped. I never did. I ended up calling Chef's Resource and was told that he'd forgotten to e-mail me, and that part of my order was on back-order. Kind of annoying, and not excellent customer service.
