I have had service with sprint for about 5 years. I am not very happy with the Service. I hated my previous experience with AT&T so much that I jumped into a contract with sprint and their promises. I have had a motorola startrac for the whole time. It is still a good phone.
I have had occasional roaming and lots of dead areaas even in Manhattan. The message system works only sporadically. People who call my phone only sometimes will get a message.
I have a 34.95 free and clear plan for 300 minutes and 3200 offtime minutes plus night s caller id call waiting and voicemail. The quality of their service was never good.
