I've had my doubts about shopping with some of these online camera shops because of all the horror stories that I've read about, but these guys are the real deal. I ordered a new Nikon 8800 yesterday and got an immediate confirmation email and then a follow up letter from them regarding some questions on mailing options. Once that was settled, my cam was packaged and shipped this morning! No bull...no hard sell...no irritating sales reps and no questionable gimmicks. My cam is already making its way across the US and I'm tracking it via the UPS website with a link supplied by ePhotoCraft.com Would I buy from these guys again? You betcha!

I used a price search to shop for the Nikon Speedlight. ePhotoCraft.com had the lowest price. Their website was easy to navigate. After my online purchase, I received an e-mail, confirming my order. I didn't have to call them to confirm my payment information and order. Two days later I received my speedlight. Quick delivery from UPS (ground).

I ordered a Nikon Coolpix 8700 with accessories, and it shipped the next day. I had e-mails with shipping and tracking info with UPS. Three items were backordered, and I had e-mails notifying me of their status, updating, and final notice on their shipment. SUPERB SERVICE!!!

I ordered my camera on Jan 3. The same day the order was processed, the billing info was sent to UPS, and on Jan 4th the order was traveling to me. I have not received it yet, but the speed with which these people operate is very, very impressive! Great job. I will post another review concerning the condition of the camera later.

I was reluctant to buy from them at first as they seemed like they could be another one of those New York camera boiler room type stores. However they did advertise "no grey market, no refurbs". They also had the best price on the Olympus E-300 dual lens kit. Ephoto charges a moderate shippng fee but no tax for me. I could have got the exact same product from Costco locally with no shipping but tax. In the end ephoto was more than $100.00 cheaper than Costco or any other place. They also had an additional 2 year Olympus FACTORY warranty for less than Olympus does on their own website! After ordering I was expecting "the call" to try to sell me something else. IT never came. I simply got an e-mail with a thank-you and a tracking link for UPS. Whole deal could not have been easier! Buy from ePhoto, you won't regret it.

Simply wonderful. In a world where the internet sales folks at camera shops routinely push extra cost "kits", the person at ePhotocraft offered to remove the lens from a Nikon D50 lens kit so that I could buy the body only at the advertised price. Amazing! They also matched a price for an SD card from another retailer. It was also nice being able to speak to a person who knew cameras and could make recommendations. This was the best service and purchase I've ever had--and I've had many. Camera came next day as promised. You can't go wrong with this company.

The ePhotoCraft experience has been good so far very informative about the status of my order and very timely. They are clearly trying hard to get the good out fast and keep the customer in the loop.

These folks are pleasure to deal with. I ordered a Canon 20D from them on a Thursday evening and had the camera in hand by Saturday. They were knowledgeable, helpful and did not try to sell me any extras.
The camera had a problem after a a couple of days. I called them on Tuesday and they had a replacement to me by Friday along with a gift certificate for the inconvenience.
This service along with the very competitive pricing on two more orders has made me a big fan.

Order shipped the day after being placed and arrived as scheduled with no problems. Order was well packed and item was in perfect condition. The shipping box did have a significant dent in the side, but everything inside was fine.

I ordered the new Nikon 17-55mm DX lense and it was sent immediately. Tracked it the whole way and got it today. Also wrote to them asking if they actually HAD the Nikon D2x in stock (no one else did) and Saam answered back immediately that they had one and I ordered right away. UPS says it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

I have had REAL problems with other (especially) camera outlets. This one actually delivers great service. I plan on using them from now on for anything they sell.

I guess this place really IS family run. I could not be happier.

This is my second order with ephotocraft. The 1st order was a Nikon D80. I received it the next business day! Saam is awesome and I have not had any problems whatsoever. They are very responsive to all of my questions as well. I really couldn't ask for anything more - other than one lens was out of stock I was looking at, but no biggie. A++ You can trust this company...

These guys are the best. I ordered a D70 about one and a half months ago. A preorder on a camera that Nikon had not even released yet. I changed my order from this lens to that lens to no lens to a bag and then software. These guys always remained professional. Saam and Eldar are their names. When Nikon finally released the D70 and ephotocraft received it; two days later I received it packed to perfection. Ephotocraft is the greatest. I was calling them constantly asking questions and changing my order but when all was said and done they got it right. I would definitely order from them again. Top rate store!
