These guys are the best. I ordered a D70 about one and a half months ago. A preorder on a camera that Nikon had not even released yet. I changed my order from this lens to that lens to no lens to a bag and then software. These guys always remained professional. Saam and Eldar are their names. When Nikon finally released the D70 and ephotocraft received it; two days later I received it packed to perfection. Ephotocraft is the greatest. I was calling them constantly asking questions and changing my order but when all was said and done they got it right. I would definitely order from them again. Top rate store!

Having decided to purchase a Nikon Coolpix 8700, I checked varies stores on the internet for prices. They range from $999 all the way down to $670. However, when I checked the reviews of shopping experience, I discovered a lot of gimmicks from the stores advertising low prices: bait and switch, high pressure sales techniques etc. The only one that does not have a single negative comment is e-PhotoCraft. Although the price is about $860,it is still about $200 less than regular price, when you figure sales tax and shipping.
I made the purchase on Sunday night. A confirmation was received instantly followed the next day by another e-mail,confirming the order was being processed, with UPS tracking number. I received the package in perfect condition 7 days later and would highly recommend ePhotoCraft for a no hassle internet shopping experience.

These are good guys and highly recommended. I found their prices a little higher than the lowest competitors, however I would say it was worth it. Making a large investment in a camera can be a worrying experience. I put a high premium on dealing with a company I consider trustworthy.

ePhotocraft certainly is trustworthy and their staff (thanks Saam) seemed to be pleased to accommodate my special requests.

The camera arrived well packed and in perfect condition with all parts accounted for. They are explicit about not selling gray market items which I liked.

I will use ePhotoCraft again.

After hearing all sorts of horror stories about dealing with camera shops on the internet. I became skeptical of dealers advertising on the web. I started looking at various online services (including yours) that rated these outlets. ePhotoCraft was rated near the top in everyone’s site. My contact at ePhotoCraft was with Eldar (who is the owner of this store) and found him pleasant to talk too and knowledgeable. His prices were excellent and he didn't attempt to "add on" non essential items to the sale. Shipping charges were fair and shipment was prompt. I would highly recommend this store.

This has been one of the most enjoyable shopping trips I've had in a long, long time. The service (outstanding), the friendly staff (very Knowledgeable), I'd be foolish if I didn't go back to ephotocraft.

Eldar was spot on with the cost and inventory of the camera and lenses. The help in locating and acquiring some other high end equipment was really appreciated. To top it off, they all arrived in Alaska without any of the boxes being seriously damaged. The care they took in double insulating the boxes was greatly appreciated.

Repeat customer here. I have purchased a Nikon body, macro flash kit, and several lenses from these guys. They recently called me at home when a lens that I was looking showed up online as being on its way to them.... as in... BEFORE they got it by 3 or 4 days. They shipped it to me the same day they got it, emailed me the tracking info, and it was in MY hands in under a week from the call.
