My order of the new Olympus E-300 SLR camera order came to me in two days, exactly as advertised. I do a lot of research on a store's pricing and customer satisfaction rating before placing any online order. ePhotoCraft is tops in both categories. They will have my business again. Maximum rating!

Oh, there are lots of places to buy merchandise.  However, there are just a few that stand out as being BEST in their field.  Such is ePhotocraft.com.  The staff there is outstanding and their service and helpfulness are second to none.

I have bought several cameras and photo accessories from ePhotocraft and will continue to make them my "place to shop".

My second purchase (Nikon d90 w/Nikon18-200mm VRII)from ePhotoCraft went as smoothly as the first purchase some four years ago; and, reminds me why I (still) maintain that ePhotCraft is the very best.  Price, customer service, shipping (free and two day delivery), email and phone communication with the owner (Eldar T.) are incomparable.  And, never any upselling, nor grey market!

I was in the market for a Canon 10D and a couple of premium lenses. Several of my 'normal' contacts wanted obscene mark-ups, or were only selling grey market equipment. I eventually contacted ePhotocraft. They were very good about the entire transaction. One lens was out of stock, but they were able to order and get it in for me. They kept me aprised of the status of my order and delivered with no hidden costs.

There was a minor hiccup with the body (the battery door was broken), but they spotted this before it was shipped out. I appreciate that they took the time to check this. Shipment was delayed by a few days, but it was better than getting a broken unit. I just wish they had done it when I placed the order (versus waiting until it was due to ship).

Another great experience with ePhotocraft! I originally purchased my Nikon D2X through them after reading others comments about them. Delivered just as promised. This time I wanted the new 18-200mm VR IS ED lens that was not quite available. As soon as it came in they made sure that it was shipped in time for me to have it under the Christmas tree!

Eldar and the team at ePhotocrfat did another great job at customer service. This will definitely not be my last purchase with them!

On Wed, I needed a camera for my work until Friday morning. I called around and found ephotocraft.....when I ordered, they were kind, very informative, and fast. I got the camera on Friday morning. I would definitely shop again later.

I ordered a Nikon lens from ePhotoCraft. The next day I got a phone call and was ready for the BAIT & SWITCH that so many of the photo stores use. Well they were just verifying my phone number. The man was polite and wanted to make sure I got my order ok. It was shipped free. I was emailed a tracking number and it arrived the day they said it would. It was the USA version like advertised. It was in the original Nikon boxes and all the parts were included.

I ordered a digital camera via the web in morning, and shortly thereafter I received an e-mail confirmation. In the evening when I checked my e-mail again, there was another message that my camera had been shipped. Three days later UPS showed up at my door with my camera. Some other on-line retailers NEED to take a customer service lesson from ePhotocraft.com. I received what I ordered in a short time without hassles or attempts to sell me other items that I don't want.
