My oldest son, Jeffrey, has had almost 9 years of experience with ear problems. He has had 5 sets of tubes, the first set being placed when he was only 18 months old. His last set being in April 2003. Due to all of his recurrent ear problems, he has a ...
Pros: Economical-Custom Fit-Water Tight- They Work! Cons: Nada
I have had problems with ear infections longer than I care to contemplate. I often was so paranoid about getting them time after time that I finally can across earplugs that truly work to keep out the water. With the impending summer season not too far ...
Pros: You are practically guaranteed a good night's sleep with Mack's Silicone Earplugs! Cons: ~none~
My life with earplugs is a long and strangely fascinating tale. It all began many years ago, with my husband and his snoring. His snoring is not your everyday average snoring, oh no, his is the "Superbowl of Snoring". If snoring were an Olympic event ...
I've tried plenty of different earplugs and these Mack's earplugs are by far the best. I don't know what they do different than the other brands, but their silicone formula is soft in your hands, and forms to the ears perfectly. I swim with them and don't have any problems with water getting in my ears. I strongly recommend these earplugs.
I've also tried their foam ones and their rubber ones and they work great for rock concerts and trying to read in loud environments.
Superb for protecting children's ears by guccij ,Oct 13 '03
Pros: Soft and effective, good value at only £5 for 6 pairs Cons: Someone nicked the box out of the changing room cabinet when we were swimming!
My little one has grommets and is not supposed to get her ears wet at all. This was a real problem but then we found these children's earplugs from Mack's. They go across the opening to the ear not down the ear canal so no danger of causing further damage to her ears. And they stay in place all thru swimming lessons, baths etc etc. We got them from an online outlet in the UK called snorestore.
Panic hits when I misplace them by vcanfield ,Sep 19 '05
Pros: they stay in all night
lasts a long time
inexpensive Cons: can tangle little bit of hair
ears get sweaty
I love these ear plugs. The child size ones are the best since the adult size it too big for me and I have to pull them apart so I can use only half. The orange really helps since the adult earplugs can be lost easier should you leave them on the nightstand. With these wonderful little pieces of silicone I can sleep through my husbands snoring and the train that goes by our house at 1:00 am. If I leave a table fan on and wear them I think I could even sleep through a tornado, luckily that has never been put to the test. If you are a light sleeper I highly recommend them. With a velvet night mask and Mack's ear plugs you are bound to get a good night sleep.Make sure to keep two packs, once you are use to them panic will set in if they are lost.
