Pros: Academically, this school is very intimate and student oriented. Cons: Depends, do you want a social life?
I, as you might have guessed, am a student at Seton Hill, and only did this particular review to fulfill a class assignment. However, my initial belief that this would be an easy review proved to be quite inaccurate. I was really torn on how I should...

Pros: The small student body is friendly and inviting. Cons: The communication between faculty, administration and students isnt great.
I will admit that Seton Hill is not the largest school in the country, and it is certainly not the most well known. However, it has been my home for two years, and it is beginning to grow on me.
As you can see on Seton Hill’s website...

Pros: small, close-knit, good interaction between faculty and students Cons: not near a cultural hub
Seton Hill College, a small liberal arts
school, has a dual personality. It's both Raphael's
Madonnas and Bill Gate's Microsoft. Infusing old
with new, intimacy with community, Seton Hill
offers it own brand of education.

Pros: Great professors, courses, students, and extracurricular opportunities. Cons: Currently under renovation; some between-class breaks are awkward lengths (too long or short).
I have only attended classes at Seton Hill for a short time, but I am already becoming attached to the campus and the people who live and work there. The academic facet of the university seems to be more than sufficient, with plenty of available ...

Pros: Small classes, nice campus, generally safe area Cons: cost, lack of campus life, not many students
When you are coming out of high school and making a decision on what college is for you, make sure you weigh every aspect of your decision. I am currently a senior at Seton Hill University and would have done everything different if i had to do it again. ...

Pros: Good professors, small classes, lots of socializing, comfy couches Cons: Weight of workload
Disclaimer: I haven't been at Seton Hill very long. I am a freshman, and some of my ideas may be very naive or completely off-target. Though I may not know very much about Seton Hill University (not a college anymore), I do know that it is a place whe ...

Pros: People and professors are great, the food is good, and the environment is great. Cons: Expensive, parking
I am only a freshman here at Seton Hill, and like so many of the other reviews, I am doing this for class. Seton Hill has such a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone I've met is so friendly, and it's great to be around people that share the same interests ...

Pros: Great professors, quality education. Cons: Growing pains, not the same school I once loved.
When I came to Seton Hill, it was a women's-focused college. Now it's a co-ed university. In under 3 years, the school has attempted to change it's purpose, and that has caused extreme growing pains. For example, the "newest" residence hall was built ...

Pros: Cosy and friendly atmosphere. Cons: Almost in the middle of nowhere.
My initial interaction with Seton Hill began with communicating with a few members of the faculty through blogging and its related channels. What struck me as the most appealing factor was their liberal views on education and their willingness to see ...

Pros: small classes, special programs for young mothers and pregnant women Cons: too isolated, some study fields are not sufficiently developed
Seton Hill College is located in Greensburg, Pa, a 40,000 inhabitants town, 30 miles southwest of Pittsburgh. The college fits its environment perfectly, with its small (around 1000 students), provincial look. After all, it is a catholic college founded...
