Pros: a decent education for a relatively low price Cons: low student involvement, poor financial aid, busy professors

Pros: Excellent teachers Cons: Cost for non-residents
The English Department of UMSL is fantastic. I have yet to take a class that I didn't find interesting and challenging.
But I live just across the river and the amount of out of state tuituion that they charge is absolutely outrageous....
