Pros: Many Cons: None
My personal experience at Weber State University has been excellent. My major is Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. When I began in the communications department, I wanted to become a broadcaster. I spent time with my advisor...

Pros: A good educational value, excellent student to Professor ratio Cons: Horrid parking situation
I'd like to offer a counter-epinion to Endora60's review of Weber State University. As one who not only attended Weber State in the past decade, but also graduated from that institution, I feel I have an obligation.
Weber State University...

Pros: Small class sizes, accreditation, affordable, friendly, great opportunities Cons: Not enough people know about us
Weber State, Weber State, great, great, great is our catch phrase. Not only am I a proud Weber State grad, I very happily work in their alumni department.
I like to think we're one of the nation's best kept secrets. We're considered (third...

Pros: Teachers are Nice Cons: Stupid people, generic brand school, ghetto town
I've put up with this college for almost two whole years now in the hopes that I would find something cool here. Now I'll admit I'm not the most social person around, but I do manage to meet people, usually. But there is nothing here. The people at this...

Pros: caring, educational atmosphere; relaxed; good exchange of ideas Cons: lack of parking; lack of food services
I agree with Trawma that Weber State University is a very good school with caring instructors. Yes, there are some areas that could use work, but I thought the school was much better than what Endora60 portrayed.
I was an older nontraditional...

Pros: Cost, Business classes above par Cons: being social requires large personal effort. school image unknown or poor (while untrue)
I started at Weber State because it was the only school I could afford in Utah due to the fact that I had to live at home (at least until I could save). But even after working summers and being able to afford another school I kept going to Weber.
I received over 200 credit hours at WSU. Most were great classes. I learned a great deal in most of them. The worst ones were in my major field (IS&T). The instructors spoke poor english and I feel that class time was therefore a waste. My learning in those classes came primarily from the books. However, I had to take over 70 credit hours of business classes and they were excellent! You will do well in the school of business. I also took several science and math classes before determining my major and I definately learned a lot. After graduation I went to work and my colleagues with the same degree from more popular Utah schools didn't know a lot of what I knew with regard to the business education.
