I, too, am a returning college student. I am currently attending National University in Fresno, CA. I am a stay at home mom. I am very excited to find this university. It is specifically geared to working adults. The average age of the students is 35. I am pursuing my Liberal Arts degree so that I can become a teacher. This school offers five quarter unit classes in a month long format. I like this option because my attention is not diverted to three or more classes. I am strictly concentrating on one class at a time. The hours that I am attending are 5:30 to 10:00 two nights a week and one Saturday a month. It is a rigorous schedule especially for those students that work full time, but I am very excited about my decision to go back to school.
