The SAT II is quite different from the regular SAT's. You would choose three tests and focus on certain specific subjects. Make sure you go to the bathroom during the break between the first and second session! I made the mistake of not going because I thought there would be a break between the second and third test, but there was not. I would also only recommend only taking any of the foreign language tests if your are fluent in the language. I took 4 years of high school level Spanish and got all A's, however, I did not do so hot on the test. The passages were very difficult to understand.
