Pros: Affordable minutes, nice phones, call clarity is good. Cons: Customer service is horrible (rude and useless), incoming calls fails.
Summary: Okay, I have had this service for about one month after years of service with Verizon. So far, the coverage and call clarity in the San Francisco bay area is pretty good. Not as good as Verizon, but better than I expected. The customer service ... read more

Pros: Out of all the cell carriers, AT&T is one of them Cons: If there's a problem with billing, you'll pay h*ll to get it fixed
