Pros: Decent Price
Great Reception Cons: Terrible Customer Service
Voicemail refuses to work
Limited phone selection
After about 10 months out of my contract, I am dropping At&T and the associated billing and customer service nightmare that it has become.
But not all to this review is evil. First off, they have great reception everywhere, even in some truly...

Pros: Nice phones. Cons: Terrible customer service. Too many hidden charges that are not mentioned.
I recently signed up with AT&T not more than a month ago, and I already returned my phone and cancelled my plan!
The sales representative and customer service totally misinformed me on the phone plans, the activation charges, and the cell...

Pros: It's rare to find such good Customer Service anymore! Cons: Plans are not always price-competitive with other providers.
I have had mobile service in the SF Bay Area for about 12 years now. My first plan was with Cellular One, who was consistently rated highest for service. They were bought by AT&T, which is my current service provider.
Although I was skeptical...

Pros: Good Plan, Great Phone, Good Reception Cons: Poor Voice Transmit Quality, Undefined Roaming Area
I live in the San Francisco Bay area and I have two separate AT&T wireless accounts. The phones we use are two different Nokia models about 6 months old. AT&T and these phones get the best reception of any service in the mountains where I live. One...

Pros: Great coverage, roaming Cons: 12 month minimum, high roaming fees
I've been using Cellular One SF for more than four years. The prices get better about every six months. The current deal is a good one, especially for us working folks who don't get out much during the day. I can pretty much talk as much as I want...

Pros: Nice attractive deals... Cons: Network problems? $4.99 Voicemail?
This plan is the all-around plan for most users because of the 125 peak minutes and the 1000 offpeak minutes.
The service is mediocre as I'm sure no service provider is perfect. I've had my share of dropped calls. (1 in 15?). The thing I like...

Pros: great coverage area Cons: doesn't have a 500/$50 plan similar to Sprint
I chose this service from the recommendation of numerous friends after moving to Silicon Valley 4 years ago. I looked at my other options but being that I'm down in Southern California quite often this plan worked out great. After 4 years I have to say...

Pros: Great Phones. Great coverage. Cons: Great coverage but signal is blocked too easily.
ATT Wireless provides great rates and okay customer service. I have a family plan and we received m-mode for free for a month and the other feature which allows the customer to call in and they would come to the rescue for three months. After the first ...

Pros: Nothing outstanding about AT&T Wireless. Cons: Poor coverage and customer service.
I canceled my AT&T wireless service today after using it for a little over a year. I canceled because of what I perceive to be generally bad coverage. In particular, I had extremely bad reception in the areas where I use my phone the most. The phone...

Pros: N/A Cons: N/A
I have been a Cellular Customer for 3 years now and generally like the service. I was on their Enable Link at the beginning for $9.95 a month. What this does is allow you a basic flat rate then reduced off / on peak rates...I believe this plan is only...

Pros: great coverage, flexible plan, consistent signal Cons: there are cheaper plans for the same number of minutes.
i chose this coverage because I use my mobile as the primary phone for business and I wanted a flexible convenient plan. Also, I had been using Sprint for a year and was really frustrated with the coverage. Cellular One has worked in places like...

Pros: Free phone Cons: no customer loyalty, price
I signed up for Cell One’s plan. They gave me a free phone and asked me for a year commitment. Now because I was young and did not have a good credit reputation they asked me for a $500 deposit. I decided that was okay and paid it. I will give them...

Pros: cheaper than some Cons: Stuck with bad service and coverage
I chose is service plan because price seemed reasonable.
However, it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I made. I should have listened to friends who warned me about the bad service and bad coverage of Cellular One.
Their...
