Alltel Mobile Phone Service in Cleveland

Pros: Fair prices...
Cons: Horrible customer service and average service!

I have been an Alltel customer for six years in Ohio and cannot wait until my contract is up! Over the years, the service has improved somewhat, but I still experience gaps in service and have been charged roaming fees in my own home at least 5 times. ...

Pros: Inexpensive plans.
Cons: Poor Service, very spotty coverage area.

I can not recommend Alltel in the Cleveland market...at least not yet. They currently don't have enough towers, so there are many "gap" areas where the signal is very poor or non-existent. I probably drop 1 out of 3 calls.

Pros: Large coverage
Cons: Many dead spots and poor customer service and hidden charges.

Many time the connection drops. Call someone two blocks away and the system states the person is unavailable. Go a block further and the phone rings.
Charges beyond the plan. Customer service is not available except during the daytime unless you don't want to get through
