Pros: It's a great carrier if you like to feel cheated.

Pros: ALLTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL IN MYRTLE BEACH, SC
Cons: AS A NEW ALLTEL CUSTOMER, I EXPERIENCED AN EQUIPMENT PROBLEM.
Summary: I PURCHASED AN ALTEL PLAN AND PHONE THROUGH AN INTERNET WEBSITE. AFTER ONLY TWO DAYS, I BEGAN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE PHONE (NO SERVICE) AND PHONED THE ALLTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY WERE VERY C0URTEOUS AND TRIED TO BE HELPFUL, BUT THE PHONE
