Pros: Decent coverage, pretty low rates
Cons: Mostly inadequate phone and in-store support staff, billing problems, few locations.

Cons: drops calls, poor service, low quality phones, expensive, small home area.
Summary: not much to say, Alltel just sucks, overeage, roaming you name it. I was on my 3rd replacement phone with alltel, when finally my contract ended and i went to verizon, let me tell you verizon is the exact opposite of
