Pros: You get a cell phone that seems to work fairly well.
Cons: You get the runaround with with service questions, and nothing but bills in writing.

Pros: Lots of minutes for a little bit of money.
Cons: Not enough towers, so calls are dropped constantly.
Summary: Alltel has very few towers, so when you're driving around town and talking on the phone, calls will get dropped. There is not a tower near where I live, so I can't even use the phone at home! When I make a call from home, I usually have to call the ... read more

Pros: I cannot say anything Pro.
Cons: Fraudulent charges for a contract which did not exist.
Summary: I fulfilled a two year contract for a cell phone with Alltel. Then, the Alltel operator changed me to a different service plan upon my phone request. I was assured that I would be on a month-to-month plan from then on. I tried to cancel the service

Pros: Reliability of Service and quality of sound
Cons: Billing Errors
Summary: Alltells service was impeccable as far as sound quality and rarly a dropped or unclear csll. My only complaint was questionable billing practices. Stuff would show up on my bill I never requested and would have to go through a hassle to get the credit
