Pros: Low cost plans. No contract required (allowing disgruntled subscribers to switch carriers).
Cons: Frequent dropped calls.Awful coverage.Doesn't work inside your home.CSR's are in Canada.

Cons: Spotty/non-existent service; poor phone selection; truly abominable customer service; lost calls/voice mails.

Cons: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE; limited equipment choices; constant billing hassles; inadequate network.
