Pros: Price comparable to competitors. Number transferable to Verizon when you get fed up.
Cons: Poor customer service, dropped calls, non-innovative, "take it or leave it" attitude.
Summary: I have removed this review based on Epinions losing my e-royalties. Several calls and emails to Epinions have gone unanswered. Epinions has decided to forfeit my royalties from this review, but are still showing content I have written. ... read more
