sprint is fraud

by zhh97001 , Oct 31 '09
Pros: sprint got extremly high profit form us.
Cons: sprint should die.
Sprint hires some sneaky and sinky frauds such as 18883611962  with low price to lure us. Once we received the bill, which is weight to much high we originally agree to. Within 3 months we have paid $950 for three line basic family plan. Their agent ...

SPRINT service ... horrible.

by qtlilaznsmurf , Sep 10 '09
Pros: I'm still upset at them, so I can't think of any right now.
Cons: I think my letter says it all.
Following is a letter I wrote to Sprint, it describe my experience with them and my feelings toward them. I am writing to let you know how UNHAPPY I am with Sprint. I called to order the Lotus LG – Red and to sign up for Sprint wireless ...

Sprint CS needs complete overhaul

by pumpkin82 , Sep 08 '09
Pros: THERE ARE NONE
Cons: Customer Service, Phone Capability
I am a 5yr Sprint customer and in the last year their customer service has gone from great to the absolute worst. They signed me up for a new 2yr contract without my consent or knowledge of it when I bought my BB. My bill has been switched around 5x in ...

Sprint wasted 12+ hours of my time this past week

by kaizen8111 , Aug 04 '09
Pros: None
Cons: Horrible internal coordination.  Stupid customer service, in the most literal sense of stupid.
Sprint has the worst internal coordination I have ever experienced.  Their website, their in store representatives, and their customer service people can not agree on one thing.  This is a long story since I've fought a long hard struggle with ...

Poor Customer Service with Sprint-Pensacola Store

by katzanne , Jun 27 '09
Pros: My wife's phone (same model & age) works great.
Cons: The Pensacola Main Sprint store manager has little or no interest in customer retention.
If you live in Pensacola, you may want to think twice about going with Sprint for your cell phone service. Their "customer service", is not. I've been fighting with my phone since I got it a year and a half ago. Been into the store several times. Been on ...

Sprint...does not deliver in custimer service or much else.

by marcyj3 , May 13 '09
Pros: Cheap base plans.
Cons: AWFUL customer service, no customer loyalty, dropped calls, billing.
I have had 4 lines with Sprint for four years, and have had problems with billing, they charged us taxes in all three states we lived in all at the same time, by just adding new fees on without deleting the other states.  We have paid for the ...

Exploitive, predatory, and misleading

by lk1125 , Feb 15 '09
Pros: You get a phone.
Cons: The company is not forthright, responsive, or responsible.
I have recently begun helping an 85-year-old woman, "Suzie Smith," with her bills. In January she decided she no longer needed her cell phone; in fact, she'd had it for several years, never used it, and didn't even know her number. She had no paperwork ...

Sprint's service and products are defective!

by mj_jaguar , Jan 02 '09
Pros: I agree with the description "Las Vegas without electricity"
Cons: Even Motorola would not offer any reasonable fix/solution to the problem.
I ordered the Renegade V950 from Sprint online.  It was newly released and it had the walkie-talkie feature that I had on my previous phone.  When I received the phone, I called Sprint to have my walkie-talkie feature activated.  They told ...

Sprint's outrageous cancellation policy

by jsavignon , Dec 10 '08
Pros: I have had no "pro" experience with Sprint
Cons: Customer service, inaccurate billing, OUTRAGEOUS cancellation fees
After having over a year of terrible customer service with Sprint (including but not limited to having to call each month to resolve billing issues, inaccurate claims of unpaid bills and rude service representatives), I decided to switch carriers.  ...

Sprint Customer Abuse

by gpdawg , Dec 08 '08
Pros: I've not had too many problems with cell phone coverage in the US.
Cons: Shockingly bad customer care.
I could write a book on my nightmare customer service experience with Sprint. I'll give you the short version: 1) I made the mistake of buying a Blackberry from a Sprinttelemarketer. I travel extensively, and was in need of a new phone so I was ...

Given the run-around

by edward020186 , Oct 03 '08
Pros: They turned out to be the cheapest after a 20% discount on monthly fees...however...
Cons: The hassle i have to go through is not worth the cost. Read above.
Here is my horror story to share with you all. It has convinced me to never use Sprint again as a carrier. I purchased a Treo 800w from a "certain" location. When selecting phone, I made it clear that Sprint Radio, TV, and Internet were my only ...

I'd rather burn in hell then go back to sprint

by moxied , Sep 01 '08
Pros: none
Cons: worst service in the world.
I was tired of paying 1000.00 dollars a month for my cell phone. so I contacted customer service and upped my minutes, & to up, or keep text messages to accommodate my usage, plus to make sure my 7pm night calls would still be free (this was given to ...

How could a company assemble such a collection of idiots

by bmilburn , May 04 '08
Pros: Coverage is great, Rates are good, phones features rock.
Cons: Customer service horrid. They try but when billing is wrong, it's a difficult position.
I used Verizon for 11 years. I think I called about a billing error once or twice. I've had sprint for 11 months and at least half of the bills are wrong. Calling customer service is futile. I've found contact via email leaves a paper trail so it's ...

Sprint seems to be a very dodgy company

by willoughby_tz , Feb 15 '07
Pros: cheapest plan for basic service
Cons: sketchy CS agents. Untrustworthy agency. Customer privacy is obviously a non-issue at this company.
I activated cell phone service for the first time 2 years ago. I had a dreadful sign-up process, but I was only familiar with Sprint and didn't want to sign up with an unfamiliar company right on the spot like that, so I had to stick with them. First ...

Sprint Customer Service - creating adversarial relationships with every call

by kmarwede , Nov 21 '06
Pros: I'm now deaf to 'musak' due to over exposure during Sprint Customer Service hold times
Cons: I can't get rid of Sprint even if I pay them to go away.
October 4th, 2006, I went to my local Sprint store and bought a business phone from the Sprint Store rep 'Edward S'. I went by myself. I gave them my business name, and my business tax ID. I filled out the contract, and I signed it. After my phone was ...
