Sprint will not work with you on anything. All of their representatives are extremely rude once they've sold you their product, and their word is not worth the paper its written on. Shop for your wireless service elsewhere.

Sprint has horrible customer service

Pros: NONE! Their customer service is horrible always.
Cons: Wait times long, reps don't help you, managers don't really know how to fix problems.
Thier billing is always incorrect. When you call customer service they just say it is correct and try to get off the phone with you. I have gone to the BBB three times and have been correct each one.
