Pros: free long distance--but who doesn't? Cons: rude, screwed up systems, don't care about customers
I can not wait for my agreement with these people to be up. They have totally screwed up my account--shut it down claiming I called in telling them I was moving to Europe. Then when I got that straightened out they had changed the address my bills were ...

Pros: Since I can't receive calls, I don't have to turn it off in public places Cons: Unimaginably bad customer service, bad coverage, dropped calls-worthless
I have never had a worse experience with a product than with Sprint. My wife and I both got the phones and plan, and they are the most expensive paperweights we've ever gotten. We can't use them anywhere near our home in Brooklyn. The only place I've...

Pros: Rate, Lot of weekend and night time minutes Cons: Poor Service, Call Drop, Poor Coverage -Goes to analog more often
I bought this Sprint PCS mobile phone after seeing it used by some of my friends in Texas. May be it is good in the South. I really don't know. My friends say that it is working fine over there. But not in NJ-NY area.
I live in northern NJ...

Pros: Coverage, Price, No Roaming fees on network, long distance, customer service Cons: Voice Mail Messages are sometimes delayed
After dealing with the MCI representatives for over 2 years I decided to call it quits. I had 2 accounts with them and they NEVER get the billing right. One month they charged me $600 and I was on hold for 4 hours trying to clear it up. NEVER AGAIN...

Pros: No contract, largest Digital Network Cons: Get a Dual Band phone so you can also get Analog service if a given area isn't Digitized.
There are so many different Cell phone plans with so many different companies. I recearched them all and find the overwhelming winner to be Sprint PCS. First, it has the largest Digital Network in the world. Second, you only pay month to month so you...

Pros: No long term contracts Cons: Terrible service, does not live up to the name "nationwide" service
I bought the Sprint Nationwide service about a year ago. I chose this service because I bought it online, and they didn't require any long term contracts, like most cellular providers ask for. I was very disappointed from the minute I started using...

Pros: clear reception Cons: only adequate customer service
I had an account with Bell Atlantic in the Albany area, and I was barely satisfied with the customer service. So, I turned to Sprint because I did not have to sign a contract to have service. I also liked the digital service. I was moving to the NYC...

Pros: Contract expires. Not renewing and I'm happy. No other pros. Cons: No Signal, Incompetent employees, Long Waits for customer service, customer service with an attitude.
Sprint is a nightmare of service and telephones. Their current ads indicate want a powerful phone. Well you can't have a powerful phone if you don't have powerful towers or signals for that phone to communicate with. In my own apartment I can't use my...

Pros: Reasonably priced and cool features Cons: bad signal and coverage and billing issues
I need my cellphone for business and personal use and I have a plan that has way more minutes during the nights and weekends than during the day. All this is well and good but I am reluctant to use the phone except for when I absolutely need it because...

Pros: Excellent sound quality and more than adequate coverage area. Cons: Lots of hidden costs. Extremely rude and poorly trained Customer Service Reps.
Perhaps it's because I was using a Tracfone pre-paid service prior to becomming a Sprint customer, but I am very happy with Sprint.
I live in a large city in Upstate NY and travel frequently to rural areas for hiking. I am amazed at the...

Pros: Free nights and weekends Cons: Bad customer service, increasing prices and decreasing reception service
I've had my sprint service for over two years. At first it was good, but the past year, the rates seems to go up each month and the reception service seems to go down the toilet. To make matters worst, their customer service reps are horrible. Last mon ...

Pros: Cheapest service, good customer service Cons: Fringe area service poor, dropped calls, overloaded system
I had a Sprint phone for around two months and got quite disgusted with the service. First off, Sprint has been aggressively trying to procure subscribers at the expense of a degradation of their service. Secondly, as much as everyone thinks their...

Pros: NONE Cons: Horrible Customer Service, Poor Service
I was a Sprint PCS customer for several years. At first the Service was ok, but the Customer Service was wonderful. Sadly, this is no longer the case. The service is only slightly better than it was in 1997, and the Customer service is a DISGRACE! From...
