Pros: Strong signals.
Cons: Very poor customer service
Verizon can change its name again, but it cannot mask years of poor customers service. If you can understand your bill and aren't having any problems... okay. If you have a problem of any kind, good luck. You will wait forever to speak to a customer...

Pros: Call anywhere in the US with no long distance or roaming charges.
