Summary: After over a month of trying to get my long distance business away from MCI, and their telling me it would take 2 weeks to make a switch to Working Assets, they STILL haven't done it. BUT they have figured out how to switch my MCI long distance service

Pros: Yes, you read them all correctly. NONE!
Cons: Two words: customer service.
Summary: with most of the bad reviews here. Forget all the negatives. You only need to look at one, and that is their customer service. It is absolutely horrific. If you can get someone that speaks English you're lucky. It took us 3 calls to get the correct
