Pros: Small, cool, easy to use Cons: Not a PDA, no PC data sync
My Beau and I have entered a new phase in our relationship. After nearly two wonderful years of being together, we decided to take the next logical step.
We got matching two-way pagers.
I have to admit, though, that it took quite...

Pros: Full keyboard, email support, reliable send and receive Cons: Battery cover and pager leash connection break easily, no synchronization
The Motorola Talkabout T900 2-way Pager is standard issue for communication in my department at work. It is very reliable and convenient for sending and receiving numeric and text messages to support a 24X7 operation.

Pros: Easy to communicate. MUCH more private than a cell phone. Cons: Overcalls can run up easily if you're on the wrong plan!
What a cool little device! WHAT IS TWO-WAY? First of all - what is Two Way Messaging? It is the ability to SEND as well as RECEIVE email from a wireless device. No more stopping by a pay phone, getting off the freeway, racking up cell ...

This has got to be the best pager!!

Ability to respond to pages. Cons: Terrible 2-way coverage
Paging Delays
No Address Book Synchronization
Well, following a serious case of geek-envy, I finally got them to get me a T900 at work (via the Metrocall service: aka my2way.com). I currently carry a PageNet alphanumeric pager: I use it for work, mostly. I have my servers programmed to page me if...

Pros: Small and stylish with full 2-way capability. Cons: No PC connectivity, can't synchronize address books.
You may have noticed people walking around with these new, fandangled two way pagers lately. They're not hard to notice usually, since most of them are pretty large.
Enter the Talkabout T900. This pager comes in with a much smaller footprint...

Pros: Small, functional, durable and easy to use Cons: Billing by size of message can add up quick; optional monthly fee for replacement if lost or stolen only equals a tiny discount off the cost of a new pager if the pager is, in fact, lost or stolen
I recently purchased the Motorola T900 instead of a Blackberry because I'd heard really good things about the T900 from coworkers. I'm thrilled with it, but while they didn't lie about how wonderful it was, they didn't truly realize how many great...

Pros: three ways of contact Cons: too many updates on sports and weather
My husband and I own a transportation company and he is constantly on the go from load to load. We always had a difficult time getting connected. I am beginning to get more involved with the dispatch side of our company and when I need a reply from him...

Pros: Ability to communicate w/o the hassle of running up your cell phone, nationwide Cons: length of time to receive messages, and no alternative email to use so the actual phone number cannot be seen.
I bought this product around 2 months ago, because I'm always into the latest gizmos that are out there. After being the only person with one for around a month my friends have slowly jumped on to the band wagon and I communicate with them all the time....

Pros: Small, lightweight Cons: Check the service first, only 1 antenna, small buttons!
Well, Motorola for many years has been one of the most trusted names in communication equipment. They make radios for law enforcement, digital voice scramblers, cellular equipment, and now a consumer 2-way pager! The operative word here is consumer. This...

Pros: Quick and easy to learn, Portable, and cool Cons: no abundance of alert options, no entertainment features
Well I bought this pager as a communications tool between me and my girlfriend. We are both hard to get a hold of.
The pager itself seems very well made and of high quality. It looks like it can take a beating and keep going.
The...

Pros: Ease of use and Size Cons: Majority of keyboard does not have a backlight so it's hard to maneuver in the dark.
This gem of a pager is the same size as your normal alpha-numeric pager, BUT it has added features! Two-way messaging is the selling point, of course. Using this pager is almost like using your email program on your computer. It's very easy to use and...
