Pros: Works every time, all the time. Clear sound and great range.
Cons: needs "mute" button and 2.5mm headset jack for private calls.
Summary: When I'm home, I do a lot of conference calls and important calls with my colleagues and clients. I wanted a phone that I could depend on to make important calls and yet be portable enough that I won't be tied down near the base of the phone.

Cons: kind of short batter life, but still lasts a long time before needing a recharge
