You are taken for a ride and you may not realize.

Pros:**
Cons:*****

I happen to notice and track my last months bill with all the calls made.
I intentionally made a call at a 7:41 pm for 13 minutes. and I disconnected it and made another call exactly after 11 minutes(+-5 seconds), which brings the call origintime to 8:05 pm. The plans I have with pacbell wireless changes my peak time at 8:00 pm. To my anguish and amazement, the call which was made at 8:04 pm was listed in the bill at 7:56 pm, and there it suggests me that Pacific bell is positively using this margin of time in their favour (kind of taking subscribers for a ride, and they may not even know) to charge its subscribers at rates more than $.35 per minute for the OP calls user intends to make. And the total amount of revenues that could bring this to them could be in 10 of millions of dollars!!!

I tried to bring it to the notice of Pacbell wireless, but their customer service is poor as it takes around 30 to 60 minutes sometimes to get your call through and what I got as a resolution is to call customer service before making call about "what time is it by their watch". So, guys watch-out, I am making a complaint and starting the legal process to address this issue, as there is a good amount of doubt that the wireless company is making false money on calls such as the one I tracked closely.

Other bad service is, when you disconnect or move to a different area or change your number, Pacbell does not give the ability to play a recording about your new number.

One more disheartening thing about pacbell wireless is that they do not tell you in middle of your billing cycle or at the end of your billing cycle (and a week after that) how many minutes you used and how many are you left with.

so, friends watch-out!!!
