I bought this sub in a bandpass box for $170. Not a bad deal! I was pushing 400 watts to it (before my amp took a dive) and it sounded sweet. I have a BMW with a very padded back seat and sealed trunk but this subwoofer still managed to get a lot of that DEEEEP bass through. No distorting what so ever!
The construction looks good, the edging is nice rigid foam, but I am a little woried that a happy go slipped screw driver just might take its told through the sub woofer itself. Overall I believe that it should last ok as long as you do not attempt to stab it!
